The diverse community of endophyte is a critical resource in enhancing plant growth. endophytic bacteria belong to larger group microorganisms that have their life-cycle partly or entirely inside the and are located intra inter-cellular spaces vascular tissue. Increasing nutritional content staple crops either through agronomic biofortification conventional plant-breeding strategies continue be huge task for scientists around globe. microbial world endophytes having ability nutrient mineralization has been proved boon mitigate hunger global population. This study aims determine growth-promoting properties total fourteen bacterial isolates from Wedelia urticifolia. WUR4 strain shows best results out all other activities. These includes potential fix nitrogen (+), solubilize phosphate (3.2 mm, 0.4636±0.0183 mg/ml), potassium (6.8 0.1438±0.0066 mg/ml) siderophore production (zone +++, 69.9033±1.1509 SU). Our findings indicate this isolate future agricultural biotechnological applications development sustainable crop improvement formulate bio inoculant as well can used biofertilizers.
